Sn2011ja in NGC4945

Had this data for a while and since its been terrible weather decided to process it to see what I have. I was interested in the supernova in NGC4945 that was discovered recently. This data was accumulated on 2nd January 2012 (12:34-12:56am) and is 5x5min before the clouds rolled in.
First is a shot taken some time ago (cropped for comparison) and the next is the one with the SN. Blinking the image should make the SN stand out. My first attempt at this - used Registar to align the two photos.
Comments welcomed.

Nice capture Allan

It's fascinating to see the SN popping out like that.
