merry christmas and wish me luck

Hello IISer's. Tonight I am outside test driving images on my home modified Canon 450D. At the same time I am using for the first time my flattener from Orion. So should be an interesting night, though have had clouds and some daughter noises already that have interfered with the astro flow. Astro cannot live in isolation me thinks.
Under my table I have all the spare parts (apart from expanding foam sealant and some styrofoam) to make the Peltier cooler mod for Canons. So not only has my wife assumed I have reached a new level of geekiness, I now have a good project for the new year which will see me (hopefully) maximising my DSLR stuff with DIY abandon.
Anyway- no rude Santa jokes but just to say Merry Xmas to one and all, and to those who shall not be named (Like Harry Potter stuff) as they are too many and too generous of time- I thank all of you for your advice and hope I can capitolise on it in the future.
Take a Christmas glass with me (metaphorically or literally) and say "Here's to swimmin with bow legged women" or along those PC lines.
Thanks
The Southern (Antarctic Monkey)

Looking forward to the results Graham. I guess you've seen the cooling mod in the ATM forum.
