Eclipse from Sunshine Coast

If someone said to me I would have a clear shot of the eclipse tonight, at 7pm, I would have said they were joking. The storm and rain/lightning was ferocious not to mention the Obe Obe road. My effort at the Total Lunar Eclipse and the Full Moon at the end.

Nice shots - the image stacking and processing makes a huge difference.

The two images actually show a nice comparison of the effects of the moonshine on imaging faint objects. In the eclipse, some background stars are clearly visible. In the full moon, there are no stars visibile.

Mark the first shot is great well done,iwent to coffs harbour for the weekend we had cloud that touched the ground all weekend,again well done
