Skywatcher EQ6 Pro-T V NEQ6W Pro

Other than a Newly designed "stepped" dual-purpose wide/narrow dovetail head accepts either a 1.75" (45mm) wide dovetail bar or Losmandy style 3" (75mm) wide dovetail bar, any time! (from Andrews Communication web site)
Whats the real difference?

My NEQ had a smear of white grease instead of buckets of Skywatcher Black Goop.

AND

Ive found an "N" in the name-plate description.

It could be if the gloop gives issues, I've had an NEQ6 for a year or more now, can't fault it, and despite a definite penchant for pulling things to pieces, haven't even thought about it on this one, it just works.

The newer EQ6 pro's don't have the black goo in them (some people love to think they have ).
