great photo and observing opportunity

just a little reminder,on 15 june,mars in the centre of the Beehive cluster M44 and saturn not far away, Vesta close by

.forecast doesnt look good for Sydneysiders, so may have to make do with an image or two from elsewhere

Two saturdays ago Saturn very close to the beehive made a great sight through binos..at least they can't take that away !

I have very fond memories of Saturns rendevous with the Beehive this year.

damn rain and full moon too, saturn did look a treat too through the 20 * 80's, thanks for the reminder seeker!
