First Quarter "X" on the Moon- March 2006

Well,

The clouds parted and I was there for the beginning of the "X" features March 2006 appearance. Photographed a good part of the "X" forming up until when these pics were taken. At that point, the elements and my need for sleep won out. These are (as always) single afocal pics with my Orion 127mm Mak-Cass, 42mm ep, using my Fuji S5000 digital camera at 10x optical zoom or there abouts and the steadyPix camera mount.

Special thanks to Dave, Ed, Al, Mark, and Adolph, and Beri, and ....... you get the idea.

ps Oh, and Alex....
