the ring galaxy ESO 301-011

As mentioned in my recent post in the thread about my discovery of a voorwerp-like object, it is not too hard to find strange things in the ultraviolet regime, by means of the excellent GalexView virtual telescope that displays GALEX satellite data:

Here is the candidate ring galaxy ESO 301-011, showing a ring or half-ring that is intense in the far-ultraviolet.
