Tucana and the SMC

Following on from my previous post on NGC346-419 I was interested to find out how many objects are viewable in the same region as I noticed some very small objects in my field that i thought might be image defects

Refer attached chart of nearly 20 objects in the same region

a treasure trove for those who like to go deep

a good reference point for these is

Happy hunting

Hi Trevor,

I've been collecting subs at 1600mm around the SMC last night and tonight. I'm trying a HaRGB of the area including NCG456, NGC460 and NGC465. Unfortunately, it's from my light polluted driveway, so the quality of the RGB frames is not great. Hoping to get better data next time I get out to darker skies...

Cheers,
Rick.
