Hi Daniel - you could contact MASILMW on Cloudynights. He has a range of Carton lenses, but I'm not sure if he has one at that size/fl.

Hi Daniel, I got 5” triplet lens Series III cell made by Charles Beseler, East Orange Co. N.J USA. I think it was part of some sort of projection machine. Front lens (it would be back lens if used as telescope) got small chip on edge. I was going to build telescope with it someday – but did not get around it so far. Would sell it for $200 + postage.
