Here is the Sun this afternoon taken with a Canon EOS 600D and a 55-250mm IS lens, using 1920x1080 video crop mode, and a mylar solar filter sheet placed in front of the lens. About 1 min of video, handheld, at 30fps and the best 400 stacked in Registax. The final 1920x1080 image here is not cropped or resized.
