A great capture Brad.

You've captured its intense stare very nicely.

A lovely photo of this magnificent creature, the expression on its face is quite mesmerising. I’m impressed with the quality of the image and how you have managed to tame the noise when shooting at 3200ASA.

Cheers

Dennis

I love that first image Brad! Like Dennis said that's an impressive result for 3200 iso.

Cheers,

both the nikon d7000 and the pentax k-5 use a new generation of sensor from sony. i have had good results up to 6400 it will go to 50,000 plus but is a bit noisy up there! what i find amazing is 14 stops of range at iso80
regards brad
