hi Alan, the cost is very modest $5 per night for members and $7 for non members includes hot showers , decent toilets , kitchen access, accommodation in ski lodge rooms with bunks if you dont want to tow a van/trailer....the viewing is excellent and has been graded as same as coonabarraban check it out on the clubs webpage the money made goes back to astronomy as it maintains the facility it does not go to government or some private organisation there are scopes ranging from 8in to 25in sometimes when the Three Rivers are attending they make available their 32in
it gets cold ,thermals are the go ,great site for like minded pilgrims. for directions see website, iwill be there this weekend ask for alex
thanks

Hi Allan,

The site is staffed from lunchtime Friday, usually through till Monday lunch (depending on weather).

Weather is a fickle beast, but I have seen on the most miserable nights that you get clear skies from 2am till dawn.
