Skywatcher mirror cell

Hi all, my first time writing. I have just purchased my dream (4th) scope a 16" GoTo Skywatcher Dobbie from Bintel in Melb, the unpacking & build all went well with the instruction manual well detailed. Until I got to the last part of installing the mirror & housing which was well packed in its own box with 3 thumb nuts 3 washers & 3 springs, with NO Instructions of any kind?!!!. I did work-out the safe installation (I think, with the help of two friends), but even after laser collimation at first light the image is still not as sharp as I expected. Any suggestion.

Hi Phillip,
welcome aboard. Have you tried asking Bintel, they might value the feedback from grassroots level. Maybe shoot a picture or two and post these, and let the others have a look.
Nice scope, you'll love it.

Thanks Gary,
I did ring Bintel who were very helpful, we agreed to go back to basics with a sight test first & found a lot of adjustment was needed before doing a laser collimation, sadly the evil clouds have stopped me from any sky testing. I do have detailed pic's of un packing & assembling if anyone would like to see?
