I took my last light frame at 3am. Then left the camera to do it's thing taking darks while I went to bed.
If it wasn't for the clouds I would have kept on shooting.
LOL As it turned out, I'd forgotten to switch the camera back to Raw..... again. So just as well I suppose.
Thanks for looking and I'm glad you liked it.

I love the Orion Neb. I saw a thread that said you have a new scope. What is it?

Nice one JJJ. I've been itching to image this one as well at BSG. I have one shot of it starting in the trees branches.

No sooner does the scorpion go and Orion is back, I normally don't comment on m42.... But being as it's the first for the season I can make an exception .
Well done.

Yes, taken with the ED80.
The new scope is a 200mm F4 newt. It will be for visual, and I'll mount it on the Mini Tower.
LOL But I do have my eye on a WO 120mm and QHY10. Hope to order them both in a few weeks.

Nice one JJJ. Weather down here hasn't been so good recently so nothing to show since astrofest.

On another topic finally got through season 3 of BBT! Season 4 DVD is out soon!
