Witches Broom

Hi all, got another good night for astro imaging last night. This is 28x5 minute exposures with astro 40D at ISO 1600 and Takahashi 160mm F3.3 Epsilon Astrograph, through UHCs filter.

That's pretty impressive! How high in the sky is it for you?

Cheers

That is a great shot of such a low taget for southern hemisphere.

I was just able to catch it with a lens in my observatory but not to do a full on image. It'd be available for only a short time.

Greg.
