Starry Night Pro Upagrade Issues
I have been trying to upgrade my Starry Night Pro to vs 6 by downing loading it from their website. Having paid online I picked the provided link and only get an error message. I tried this link many times on different computers (Windows XP and 7) and from different locations with no sucess. I have been in contact with Starry Night and they have assured me the link is OK at their end. They have been responsive and helpful. They even sent an alternative link for this download but it did'nt work either. Has anyone here managed to downoad any SN upgrades sucessfully? I'm just wondering if its my ISP or an Australian wide problem??!!???
