A pretty rare occurrence these days. At least the ISS isn't super-dependent on what it was carrying. They might have to cut back on TimTams for a while though...

This is what a lot of people where afraid may hapen,also they may have to reduce the space station crew as the life boat is onl a three seater so if there is any problems they cannot get all of them back to earth at the same time now that the Shuttle is no longer flying
