Well I had lots of trouble with PHD last night and though whilst I was trying to get it to work I would just do a few wide shots with the Canon 300d on top of the LX200. Not done this before so I used the Fstop settings suggested by some other users and this was the result I got. I used a 200 sec exposure at F5.6 with a 18 - 55 standard lense. I stacked 5 shots and did not take any darks or flats as this was just a fun thing. I am trying to really image with my QHY8. I have alot of artifacts in the shot, but it has pleased me to see all that colour and detail.. I hope I can keep improving as I am finding this really good fun...(and a bit frustrating too).
