Magic Finger DSC- poor's man Argo-navis or junk ?

I just found this unit for sale at a couple of local astro shops on discount ($ 120). It's called "Astro-Finger", I think it's made by a company called Eastro, but I can't find any info on the net.

Its description has it as a computer locator for an 8''dob.
It comprises of a handset/computer, cables, attachment bolts, setting circles for the tube/base, and a star atlas.

Is anyone familiar with this unit?

Is it a bargain alternative for an Argo-navis (or simular locator), or is it just junk?

I'm thinking of buying it, but I think I should ask for some advice, just so I don't blow 120 buck's (married with kids........you know the rest).

It is made by Saxon, my understanding is that you apply it to your scope, lookup the object in the star atlas, punch in the co-ordinates and it lights up some LEDs on the rings. You then push the scope until it aligns with the lights and the object should be in your finder.
But I could be wrong....
