Would this attach to a 600D/450D body?

My son has a 600D body,and only a 10-22 mm lens,I have a 17-55 on loan
and waiting to get it back,looking for something with a bit more zoom,up to
100-150 ish,but 70 will do-if its bayonet fitting will attach to this body.

If so,I'll take it-thanks Chris
