Today is Lucy's 100th Birthday had she still been alive.
Lucy died at age 77. She was a star among stars

My childhood and teens were full of laughter thanks to her

YEP !!!! ... as a kid there was no bigger belly laugh than that induced by Lucy. The world's too serious and politically correct for her style these days ... I feel really lucky to have experienced her.

She sure was. I've read somewhere that her producing company is the one responsible for pilot and the launch of the first startrek series. Nobody gave a go to Captain Kirk at the time. She took a leap of faith. The rest is history
