Lens' for a Nikon D50
I've just bought a second hand old Nikon D50 DSLR camera body and wondered if anyone would like to lend their fine expertise and recommend some glass I should buy to go with it.
This is my first SLR and I am stepping up from a Canon G11. I'd like to have a go at doing some time lapse stuff of the night sky and stars (also daytime with flowers and the sun) and I'd like to do some macro work with it as well.
I'm on a budget so nothing too fancy but just some nice solid affordable lens that I could pick up second hand from somewhere, I just need to know what to look for.
Recommendations for a couple I should start out with?????
