WANTED: Replacement glass for Canon 300D IR cut filter

Before I send my dollar overseas, I was wondering if anyone might have some of the clear replacement glass to fit over the CMOS sensor after removing the standard IR cut filter from a Canon EOS 300D?

Of course the glass needs to be the required size (27mm X 19.6mm) or preferable larger and is required to be in A1-perfect condition.

If you have some of the glass left over after modifying your own camera I would be delighted to pay for the class and postage to my location in Newcastle, NSW.

Edmund scientific may have a distributor here in Australia, especially microscope cover plates etc (not sure if that is the glass they use).
