Saturn

Not sure when this was taken, but I just found it lurking in a folder on my computer. Not sure if I've even posted this one or not.

Anyway, all I can be sure of is it would have been taken with the refractor & toucam.

well it's an excellent shot in any case, I do love the 3d feel of your Saturn shots - I'm not sure, do you reckon there's a trace of that white spot storm on the left?

might have to start dredging my archives soon, have had but a few hours of clear skies in the last 3 weeks and the last week rain, and now rain AND wind at 30knots with gusts higher... (as I type this both the door and casement window slammed shut so hard from the wind the putties come loose !!!

i had a look thru 3 refractors at snake valley and they do a great job on the planets.

I really like this one!
