2" camera adapter

Does anyone in Australia retail a 2" camera adapter without those damned annoying cut outs in the 2" section?
Its supposed to be some sort of safety feature to stop knuckle heads from dropping their 2" eyepieces/cameras onto the ground if they dont tighten them up enough. But all it does is rock the camera or other attachment out of alignment with the optical axis when its tightened up. Everyone appears to have adopted this as some sort of idiot safeguard but there is no standard. Some work OK when tightened but others are rocked/dispaced 1/2mm to the side when tightened.
I relised this last night when using my moonlight focuser and high power collimation on a defocused star. each time I re-did the collimation it was different after removing and replacing the camera. It was showed cleanly with a Bahtinov mask as well.
So Im after a straight 2" nosepiece without the cut outs in it. Anyone know a retailer or another suggestion?

I have and Astro-Physics adaptor. It is snug fit in most 2" focusers, so much so that I have to push quite hard to get it in. The only slack is the notch for the T ring lock. It has a smidgen (an old imperial measure) more play than the standard canon lenses.

You're not alone Allan, I have a nice ED102, with three set-screws, but when I fit the camera and Televue reducer into the draw-tube, the safety cutout pushes the reduce/camera out. At best it is slightly out, and there is no way to establish that it is square.
The AP unit looks the goods, I am about to look at one.
