Recent Trip to the USA

Whilst on holidays back in the States again, I got the opportunity to muck around with my 70-200mm f/2.8 IS II......

The set includes iPhone 4 (HDR app) and a Canon 500D with either the 18-55mm standard lens or the infamous 70-200mm f/2.8 IS II.

The iPhone 4 astounded me of the quailty. Really didn't expect it to be that good. Normal 1 pics wouldn't work, just didn't grab the colours, so had to HDR to get some good colour.

That family shot is a cracker. Small and big kids seem to have had a lot of fun doing it.

Spontaneous photo. I just said to the kids, "Ok, lets do a funny photo, whatever pose you like".
I didn't know what pose everyone did till I got back to the camera..(timer). Works best being simple and silly.
