I'd like to show you my M17 as well

I think JJJ's is great and I don't want to do anything but throw it into relief against mine.
I like to think I've done quite well, but we're not really in the same league
My M17 is 48 mins in 3 minute chunks.
I shall get more, but only after I get my guiding sorted - it died last night so I've reinstalled all the software to see if that will sort it - the cables are ok

Sure looks promising Jennifer!
Do you know if the blown out core is due to processing or due to over exposure? In the latter case, why not do some shorter exposures and blend them in during processing - grab back some detail in those parts!
Your data looks nice - can't wait to see the final result!

There seems to be a bit of a spike there - but I'm sure that I can back it off - I think it's just me stretching it a bit too far!

Nice one. Same thing as your M16. More data to smooth things out and you won't have to push it so hard.
