Few more birds shots

Just a few more shots from my Daintree trip that I thought I would
share for those who may be interested. Oh and a random shot of White Lipped tree frog on the river at night , not my best but cute all the same
Birds are: Macleay's honeyeater , Rifle bird (f) , White faced Heron , Welcome swallows, Papuan Frogmouth

A lovely series Mark. It looks like you were shooting wide open with the shallow depth of field, I guess its dark under the canopy.

The frog looks gorgeous.

Cheers

Beautiful Mark. I like the way you've captured the heron plumage - lovely detail.

Thanks guys, Dennis it is a struggle when shooting at 400mm + in low light I was at iso1600 f4 and still struggling so often need a bit of fill flash as well as they are all hand held shots.

Nice work Mark. Is it the prime or the zoom?

Barry it was with the Nikon 200-400 f4 and sometimes with a 1.4x TC
It has a nice close focus of 2m
