QHY8 & MPCC adapters

Hi all,

Recently purchased QHY8 OSC from fellow Ice In Spacer. Would anyone have any or all of the following that they would be happy to sell :-

1. The extension ring set for the MPCC(The 14mm, 28mm Fine Tuning Rings and T-2/M48 expansion ring)?

2. The QHY8 to Canon EOS lens adapter?

3. Camera tripod / ball head mounting bracket for QHY CCDs with front filter frame

4. Baader MPCC to QHY8(M42x0.75) adapter with back focus matched

I've heard Peter(Tan) has these to sell, but have had no response from him in over a week.

Thanks,

Dave

Communication with Peter can be sketchy at times but he delivers. Just got a filter from him 2 weeks ago. Took 5 days from order to shipping. Sometimes he misses on emails. Spam filters or others. Just be persitent and to the point in your emails. Need Part# price + shipping to Sydney - thanks. Keep it simple.

Thanks Marc,

I couldn't agree more. He's great for adapters and sometimes he answers within the hour.

I just thought I might try our IIS classifieds in case he's away a couple of weeks.

Cheers,

Dave

I disagree but add, YMMV, I have tried ad nauseam to contact him, to no avail, and have established new contacts. It is a shame as he was excellent, but if you send 20 or so e mails with a variety of accounts, and don't get an answer, what else do you do.
Marc, if you are happy to pass this to him I'd like to continue with him, but you'd have to see it from my perspective.

I totally understand mate. I'd be peed too. As an example I'm the only one who had a bad experience with an EL sheet supplier in Sydney who took me for a ride but everybody else on IIS had a sterling service from them. I still hate them though. The suppliers
