how good are Lumicon HA Filters?

I have been looking at trying a HA filter with my QHY8 Colour CCD. Not sure what to expect other than adding some additional colour in areas that are not normally captured. I would stack the HA shots with my light shots, but don't know where and what to start with.

I have been looking at some HA filters that I have seen on the AstroShop Web site, and wanted to know if others have used any of these before I purchase anything. I would love to purchase a Baader, but it is a little more than I want to spend at this point. I am just wanting to add a little more to my images. I also understand that my exposures will have to be longer due to the way colour CCD works when shooting HA.

these are the filters I have been looking at.

ProStar 2-inch H-alpha 15nm Night Sky Filter

Lumicon 2-inch Hydrogen Alpha filter

Night-Sky H-Alpha Filter for photography 2-inch

Here is the link to the web page http://www.myastroshop.com.au/produc...ng-filters.asp

Any advice would be appreciated. I am also looking at adding some O111 in the stacks as well.

Regards
Martin
