Next CAS meeting is this Thursday 16 March @ Mt Stromlo in the Duffield Building, there are some road side signposts at Mt Stromlo which will point you to the Duffied Building. Introductory group starts @ 1900hrs and General Meeting @ 2000hrs. CAS web site is here :

The topic for the Introductory Group this month is Astro Photography and the Guest Speaker for the General Meeting is Dr Peter McGregor, Gemini Project, MSO discusing ANU's Near-Infrared Integral Field Spectrograph on the Gemini North Telescope.
I won't be there for this meeting, but I suggest you introduce yourself to John Howard who will be facilitating the Introductory Group and he will be able to point you in the right direction for joining CAS etc.
