My first Saturn pic....

Well, actually it's my second, but the first I took just before xmas and it was just a fuzzy mess. Too embarrassed to post that one hehe....

But this one I'm happy with, particularly since my OTA is a real el cheapo which came with a $300 package so you can't expect too much from the optics. But with some good seeing it's obviously adequate enough to practice with. Mind you, the mount & focuser are not cheapies so that certainly helps me squeeze some goodness out of the tube so to speak!

Anyhow, here 'tis...

not bad at all Rochler, esp your 2nd attempt and a 6 in newtonian. You got the cassini division very clearly. Well done!
