I used to love to old demolition derby at the local speedway as a kid.

I would love to have a go in one.

yep all great fun.
last one I went to before the Gloucester one was at the old Newcastle International Motordrome, decades ago, there the small cars also did well, out manouvering the big ones, staying out of harms way.
