SPSP11 Timelapse Video

Here is a time lapse video on the imaging field of the SPSP at Wirana taken with a Canon 5D Mk2 with a 24-70mm L lens on a modified EQ3 with my made Timelapse Machine. 500 exposures processed and reduced with a custom action in PS, converted to avi with virtualdub and converted to mpg with AVS .

Music: Incubus/Makeyourself/Battlestar

BTW, the Smugmug Video server service is pretty smick for the money, feedback on it appreciated.

Cheers
Fred

Thanks David. I built a Timelapse controller that controls an EQ3 in a programable expose-move-expose sequence.

No, no, clouds add to the movement Dynamics . I like clouds now, well, a few anyway. Yay to clouds. I wasnt too popular with this mantra at SPSP I must say

That controller looks soooooo cool - I want one!

The only thing it's missing is a missile switch or two.

Video was a bit jumpy when playing and was initially green - I had to click on the HD button to see it properly??

Very cool Fred, I can't wait to see the controller.

The video is fine - it's only jumpy if it hasn't finished loading. If you 'replay' at the end it's smooth.

Nice work!
