Saturn 9th April Fantastic Seeing

OK, I've just spent the whole night up imaging Saturn every 15 minutes or so. It will take some time to get all the images together and processed. The seeing in the middle of the night was excellent and I got the sharpest images I have yet been able to. I sure hope some of you were out and about last night and could share the seeing!

Here is one image for now.

Cheers,

Tom

Managed to get out there last night too Tom, but I only put in a couple of hours. When I first started at 22:30 (was a big day) I thought the seeing was best but was falling away toward midnight.

Cheers
Tony

Great pic Tom unfortunately the seeing wasn't as good down the coast here and I finished up about 12 still it was worth a look.

Great image and a lot of work to process all that, seeing was not good for me in Cleveland, Bayside but showed potential but never made anything showable, seeing is a strange thing. Nice to put an animation together.

John.

Thanks guys. John it's a pity - we're not that far separated. Tonight's seeing looks excellent again but I won't be able to make use of it.
