Bye Bye Shuttle!

Shuttle and ISS snapped tonight looming out of the North West. No more glowing dot/shuttles any more!

Very nice shot for the end of an Era.

I guess we have to look to the future.

ISS + Shuttle pass - just undocked!

A 1 day mission extension puts Adelaide in a favourable position tonight (19.07.11) - the pass will happen around 50 minutes after undocking and final separation.

If they do their things on schedule, the ISS and Shuttle will be separated by around 3-6 seconds in time - the ISS leading.

This starts from the NW horizon at 18:59:30 heading S.

Check CalSky (or the like) for your location...
