Canon 1D MKII body only (pictures added) price drop $800

Hi guys.

Selling as I dont use it and it's such a nice camera its a shame to let it go to waste. I have a 5d MKII now as well so...

No box but I'll throw in a small bag for it. The camera fits snugly into the bag but body only. It comes with two batteries and a dual charger. As well as mains power. I have the manual but not the disks. It's in good conditions and from memory has no marks on it what so ever. It's been very well cared for. The original owner was my partners father who was a pro photographer and I've never really used it.

If your interested I'll post some pics of it and some taken with it.

I've had two offers of $850, and both have just pulled out. I'm asking for $800 plus postage.

I also have the camera advertised on the Australian photography forum now.

Hi Guys.

A lot of people have been asking how old the camera is and how many actuations it has done.

I'm the second owner of this camera so I'm not really sure how old it is, but it is in very good condition and in perfect working order.

I wont be home until Sunday, but I will post the amount of clicks it's done when I get back. This shutter is rated at 200000 clicks, and I'm fairly sure it wouldnt have exceeded 200k.

I will also post some pics as some of you have asked i'll post an image taken with the camera with the exif data still in tact.

Thanks

Hi Guys.

The camera has done 60929 actuations, so not to bad on a camera thats rated at 200k, but thats for you to decide.

Attached are some images of the camera so you can see the condition of the body. Also I took an image with the camera so you can check out the exif data on it and check the actuation count for yourself and to show that it's working.

Below is a link that will explain how check the count using a free hex editor.

jeez if I wasn't expecting a mirror from Mark Suchting, I'd snap this one. Considering that this is a workhorse camera for the press to find one in such good condition is rare indeed!

I have owned one in the past knocked up 500,000 on the original mechanism without any trouble whatsoever.

Good luck with the sale!

Thanks Benny, your $50 is in the post

I've had a quite a few offers on the camera both here and on Australian photography forum where I have it posted with lots of questions as well.

I'm asking $1000 and at this stage the price is firm as interest is high and I also think it's very reasoable considering the condition of the camera.

Thanks for the interest.
