So sorry to hear of your loss, Phil. I know how you feel...I miss my parents too. 10/3/11 would've been my mother's 85th birthday. She was 77 when we lost her

So sorry for your loss Phil,
My dad means the world to me. I can only imagine what you
are going through. If I only turned out to be half the person of
integrity, sincerity and guts my old man is, I'd be a happy bloke.
I hope at least a bit of that came through to me.
We all love our Dads.

Steve

I like to think our parents partly live on in us, and that we will live on in our kids - immortality of a sort.

Hi Phil,
such a sad time you and you're family are going through. I'm so sorry for your loss and I feel your pain. I can understand how you feel as I lost my father some years ago. You never get over it of course, but you slowly get used to it. And you know that classic line, "they will always be in your thoughts"? Its so true.. frequenting your dreams and memories all the time, they are still with us.
My condolences go out to you and your family; you'll are in my thoughts and prayers.
