EQ6 alt and az replacement bolts

This comes from me taking the skin off my knuckles and fingers the other night making az adjustments during drift alignment. I've seen replacement bolts/knobs for alt bolts with those levers on the ends, but haven't noticed too much on better az knobs for the EQ6.

Anyone got any suggestions to save my knuckles next time?

Thanks mate. I'm hoping they're safe for my pudgy sausage-fingers.
