Pony Club Demolition
Some exciting news for the Pony Club crew
just received this message from the pony club contact person
"
Hi Geoff
Just wanted to let you know that the pony club clubhouse will be demolished this Thursday.
We now have approval from council to build a new colourbond clubhouse which will commence asap. Yeah!!!
I will keep you updated on what is happening.

but, you know,
It is only of late, since been arriving before sunset, that I have noticed how in need of a face lift the old clubhouse really is.
...This should bring the crowds back ...

and a little more info from Justine
"The building is going in the same place but is being squared up to the road a bit and the toilets are joined on to the back. I have attached the plans for you to have a look at.
I will try to keep you updated. At this stage we are moving everything into a container tomorrow and demolishing on Thursday. Not sure when building will begin."

Just checked out the plans, looks good. i cant see the 200msq concrete slab at the top of the field though? is that on another plan?

Nice thought, but ...
Concrete holds heat and creates thermal currents.
Much better for us is the natural ground cover, (avoiding the horsie poo)
