Fire bugs, but well done Fire Department

Hi All,

Damn firebugs, 2 house at risk and wouldn't you credit it the fire bugs lit it when the wind was at it highest, spread so quickly.

The fire department were on it quickly was only over the back section of my place, managed a few shots.
3 choppers this time, and as usual the local lake was the water collection point. Sort of wonder if the fire bugs did this to watch the choppers, they are an impressive site.

Applause for the Fire Fighters they were so quick this time round.

Is there a 'Hunting Season' for these fire bugs ? Sounds like they are a local pest that needs some sort of extermination programme...

Idiots !!

I hope so, this is the 3rd fire in our region this season. I didn't capture it but there was a second fire in the opposite direction at the same time.
They aso found multiple starting points, and our suburb is sandwiched between 2 roads (Thomas and Bertam Road), both roads closed due to the fires, but at least the fire department managed it well.

Good to see the Firies nailed it in quick time Malcolm. Glad that place is safe.

I loathe arsonists, I'd love to show them what a well placed 38mm fire hose can do at 1100 Kpa.
