Christmas Spect. Folly

Hi All,
Noticed a CD spectrum on the ceiling this arvo.
I thought I would look for resolution by using a slit -no luck.
Anyway, specifications:
Grating -Guide 8 CD
Slit -Boat modellers mini plane; width ~2.5mm
Slit to image -5m

Don't give teachers holidays -they go stir-crazy.

Merry Christmas to all Spectroscopists

The Tally-Ho's are a bit of a giveaway I think!

Cheers,
Jason.

That's a smoooooth spectroscope you have there Jeff! I love it. Obviously, it's a very professional setup, judging from the sponsorship logos all over it!

Merry Christmas mate!

Al.

Oh no.
Sorry, I didn't realise the logo's. I just grabbed what was to hand.
I do not endorce any smoking or sniffing and I'm sure no cheque's in the mail.

It's not all 'smoke & mirrors', & I'll keep my 'stiff upper lip'.
