Well doing my usual surf through ebay came accross this Scope for sale might be good for someone looking for an 8" on the cheap that live in the Sydney area.

8" Dob with 3 Plossls + ND filter. Yep, that would be a very good buy for the starting bid (or a bit more even). And you get 12 mnths warranty! Not bad for an ebay scope, hey? I wonder what made the owner lose interest...

Don't forget to look for Astronomy Books. There was a really old one there last night. Printed in the mid 1800's.
