New Skywatcher Refractors

Saw this on another forum: link to 10Mb Skywatcher catalogue.

Page 26 onward shows a 5 element 100mm refractor, a 120mm ED triplet and 150mm ED triplet (to which doublet field flatteners can be added). Not something I'll be buying but I'm sure ther'll be some excited imagers around here .

I have an older gold tube ED102, I think I just caught an upgrade virus.

Well,...............if it's anything like the EQ7 mount saga thread ....................I wouldn't be holding my breath on these anytime soon

Even in this catalogue the EQ7 is still only a drawing - at least the refractors are photos.

I see they have a 12" f/4 reflector in there too.

At least it's a pretty catalogue to look at on a cloudy night.
