Nullabor home.

Here's a shot of our home for the two month trip across the Nullabor.

We got a hole in our radiator here, so we stopped the night and spent the next day pulling the radiator out. The repairs themselves only took 5 minutes, then we had to get the darn thing back in! I can tell you that there is not a lot of room under a Coaster bus, especially uncomfortable on bare dirt and dry dusty winds! I think I ate a fair bit of red dirt that day.

I got this shot that night when I returned from my walk out of town to shoot the local windmills.

Cheers Troy. Hey, I haven't seen much coming out of you photographically lately. Are you still imaging mate?

Baz.

Nothing much that would excite others. Mostly family snaps of Hayden.

Beautiful shot. I long to be able to do what you are doing - maybe one day before I fall off the perch!

Lovely shot Baz

Haven't been across the Nullabor for about 25 years, it must be time to plan another trip to the west.

Cheers

Make that about 37 years for me. When I last made the trip, it was a dirt road!
I've seen it from an aircraft many times but it's not the same (although quicker and with less dust)
