Aussie Movie blast from the past

Amazing!!!

I am sitting here watching the great old Australian classic movie "FJ Holden"

It is on Fox Classics Channel

Ripper Bewdy mate
In the vain of "Puberty Blues"

Looks funny seeing Sigrid Thornton and other Aussie actors when they were about 16-18 years old

Yeah Ric,

cool as in it has no storyline, boring as hell, but it's an Aussie classic

I wish it would hurry up and finish but I don't wanna turn it off

All those scenes around Bankstown/Greenacre/Chullora take me back to my childhood as I spent a lot of time there staying with my Grandparents.

It's amazing how much has changed. I sat there pointing out scenes to my wife telling here where they were shot, and she found it hard to believe
it was the same place.

Cheers,
Jason.

Yeah it's pretty cool seeing places you know, isn't it.

I used to go to Brickies (where they were drag racing in the movie) and we all took off as the cops came just like they did in the movie

What a blast

The movie brings back a LOT of embarassing memories from that time and those locations
