After so much crappy weather, the Sun finally came out over the Central Coast. With some luck it will stay fine enough for me to roll out the Meade tonight. Here's hoping.
The SolarMax 40 finally arrived today. Many thanks to Don at Bintel for helping me with the mods to my old Chinese EQ mount. Had that sorted and ready to go in under an hour.
The Sun looks awesome through one of these scopes. If you ever get the chance to have a look through one, I recommend it completely.
