M42 Core - with an LPI

I was waiting for saturn to come into a good position for imaging and decided to try a deep space shot with the LPI - it is not the right tool for this - I also tried out the Meade Envisage drizzle option for the first time, this is what I got - I was pleasantly surprised....15 secs shots stacked at 70% for about 10 mins total at FL of 1800mm with the LPI (6mm) fitted - ie at x300...

Yeah! I agree with Louie, Well done!. Once I did see someone pull off a mosaic of M42
with an LPI it actually looked rather neat.

good to see the LPI's can pull off some deep sky stuff - I've seen some nice globular shots, but that's the fist neb shot I've seen with one.

nice colour too.

Nice job! I've tried this with a toucam, it can be done but it would take a hell of a lot of frames to get it like yours.
