Smile My PST adapter with my new toy

I've recently purchased a new 7x14 mini lathe & decided to make an adapter for my sick Coronado PST so I can convert it to 90mm scope.
The adapter allows PST body to attach to 2" focuser.
The project started with 55mm aluminum offcut.
I have no experience with lathe at all, so it was a fair bit of reading before starting the project.
For a total noob I am quite pleased with the results. Had a lot of fun making it.
It's not perfect but it works.
Here some photos from start to finish.

Looks great Arek

What type of lathe did you get ? , I wouldn't mind getting one eventually as they sure are fairly affordable these days.

Thanks guys.
It's definitely more fun if you made it yourself.

The lathe I got is a 7x14 mini lathe, which is a copy of Sieg C3 mini lathe.
They are sold under many different names, but come from the same factory.
I bought mine on ebay from seller in Adelaide, approx $680.
You need to spend some time setting it up, but once done it's a pretty capable lathe.
Great site to visit is mini lathe.com.
Heaps of info about mini lathe & mini mill.
