Comet Hartley 3rd November

Hi Folks,
Well after maybe a year or two I have managed to image another comet!
Done a quick run after a great night of imaging (first night in nearly two months) Got in 20 minutes or so before twilight with the 8" newt.
Slightly cropped and stretched hard in this one 2 minute exposure @ iso 1600 to show a faint dust tail at 9 o`clock, very faint but there...
Don`t know if I get another chance for this one by the looks of the weather forecast!
Couldn`t see it naked eye but easy in the 50mm finder...
cheers Gary

Thanks Ron (hope the weather holds good) Jason, Liz, Dave, Rob, David and Matt! Wish I went a little deeper with the exposures but didn`t notice the faint tail on the subs. Shall post a final stacked image when I process them.
Hopefully I get another go before the moon interferes...

Thanks Mike, Chris and Ric,
Love imaging bright comets they are all so different and can vary from one night to the next!
Tried last night but feeling on the crook side only managed one decent shot before twilight...Tail seems more pronounced now..
thanks Guys!
